Make time for yourself, anytime. This app brings you to islands of serenity in the middle of your day, using experiences of nature scenes with nature sounds, texts, and musical elements. You only need to open your ears to these messages from nature to feel new wellness and rejuvenation. And if you can offer yourself this escape to freedom regularly, the benefits - both physical and mental - will extend over a longer time.

The app contains four depictions of natural scenes (Sea, Forest, Storm, River), optionally accompanied by nature sounds and musical elements. The Sea and Forest scenes focus on a more relaxed serenity. The river and storm scenes focus more on the experience of serene resilience. The volumes of the voice, nature sounds, and music can be adjusted independently. Each text has a longer and shorter version, with and without suggestions.

Positive changes on both the mental and physical levels begin to arise shortly after the app is launched. This is achieved by a special application of speech to invoke imagination and hypnosis. The authors of the app, Bärbel Bongartz and Prof. Walter Bongartz, are experts in the use of this speaking approach. Both are professional psychotherapists.

Download: It was necessary to use advanced file formats to ensure recording quality in the audio tracks. As a result, the four scenes must be downloaded individually after the app is purchased. A Wi-Fi connection should be used to ensure a smooth download, and the screen saver should be switched off (Settings -> General -> Auto-Lock -> "Never").
